From mateship comes reliability, trust and expertise.

Woollam Services was officially established in 2016 after providing maintenance, building care and complex works for more than a century under the reputable brand of Woollam Constructions.

Born from long standing relationships, the clients that Woollam Constructions were working with wanted to stick with the trusted expertise and genuine mate-ship that Woollam offered. They wanted ongoing protection, value, and efficiency for their buildings, and they didn’t want to go to anywhere else. And we don’t blame them buildings are our jam!

And so it was time, to fly the nest and form our dependable, rapid response team based throughout Queensland and Northern New South Wales who are specialists in preventative and reactive maintenance, insurance repair works, small to medium building works, and working within extremely complex and sensitive operating environments.

When we work with you, we work with your customers too.

When we work with you, we work with all your customers. As part of our commitment to paying it forward to communities in which we work, we take an active interest in combating social isolation among the aging population, understanding that meaningful social engagements can provide an uplift in wellbeing and health.

Each year we have donated more than $25,000 to support programs and activities that foster meaningful engagement opportunities for seniors.

These have included;

Hosting morning teas, quizzes, and games sessions for aged care residents at projects with operating facilities.

Gifting new residents to Assisted and Independent Living Units with seedlings for planting activities.

Having our young team of building cadets take seniors out to lunch and for construction project tours.

Providing baby animal farms to Assisted and Seniors Living and Aged Care communities to increase positive social engagements and pet therapy.
